Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your purchases. If you are unfamiliar with our perfumes we encourage you to try our sample box. If you receive faulty of damaged goods we will replace the item(s) as appropriate. The items(s) must be returned complete with all the packaging and an explanation of the fault. Returns must be sent by recorded delivery the cost of which will bbs refunded to you. Please note that no replacement cannot be dispatched until we are in receipt of the faulty or damaged goods. We do not accept returns or make refunds if you do not like a perfume. Please ensure returns are sufficiently protected and you retain the proof of postage in the event that the returned parcel does not arrive. Important information regarding postal returns
Royal Mail have new labelling rules when posting perfume. These MUST be followed when posting perfumes within the UK. All returns MUST have the correct labelling on the outer box to be fully compliant with these rules. The outer packaging box you are returning the item in must display an ID8000 label (available at all post office counters) with the tick box completed accordingly. Failure to do so may result in your return being confiscated by Royal Mail whereupon we will accept no responsibility for your loss.
Refunds will be made against the original debit/credit card used when ordering for the price paid by you , within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of your returned items; providing we have received your goods, in their original condition within 14 working days after delivery.
Please note any product that has been opened and/or used will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your cost.
